WinterBoard can be installed via the Cydia app or you can do it manually by following the instructions below.

Winterboard installation:

First of all expand WinterBoard using the next steps:
1. Open a Terminal window and cd to the directory of the WinterBoard deb file
2. Type: ar vx filename.deb

To install WinterBoard on your iPhone use the next steps:
1. SCP or SFTP your deb file into your iPhone's /tmp folder
2. From the Terminal SSH into your iPhone and issue the following command: dpkg -i /tmp/filename.deb
